I know you will be more confident, less stressed, and find ways to save more than the cost of coaching or the workshops, that’s why I offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
Ms. Moody Money is unique because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all system for money management; together, we find the right way for you to handle your own money. We start by focusing on your needs, money beliefs, and goals because without knowing why you spend/save the way you do, you can’t make lasting change. You’ll learn what your individual priorities are, money management skills and methods, and then create a personalized plan for how to handle your money on a daily basis so you can have the life you want.
Sold in multi-month packages: $199/month for individuals; $298/month for couples, 10% prepayment discounts available
Too many people making a good living are stressed out about their money. Sometimes it’s because we are still living paycheck to paycheck; we don’t know where our money is going and we dread the upcoming credit card bill. Many of us are worried about our long-term goals but not taking action to achieve them. Often we just don’t know if we’re doing this “whole money thing” right.
If you are ready to make a commitment to stop stressing about money, learn money management, get on the path to long-term financial success, and start spending your money where your values are, coaching could be right for you. We’ll meet one-on-one to figure out where you are now, where you want to be, and how to take big goals and break them down into small, manageable tasks.
To begin, set up a Discovery Session to see if coaching is right for you. If it isn’t, you’ll be given resources to help you with your particular issue. Ms. Moody will explain her methodology, what you can expect, and how long the process takes. If you both believe this is right for you, you can either purchase a package upfront for a 10% off discount, or split up the payments over our time together.
All packages begin with meeting once every two weeks for the first two months, then once a month for the duration of the package. Throughout there is a very deliberate process of self-understanding, developing motivation, goal setting, and education. You can call, text, or email anytime with questions or concerns. Your progress will be tracked so you can see how far you’ve come. You will receive post-meeting notes including the action items you came up with and want to complete by the next meeting.
Note: This is not debt counseling. If you have major debt you cannot handle, please contact an NFCC-accredited organization.
“Love Can’t Buy You Money”
Couples: $200 for two 3-hour classes
— For newly engaged, newlyweds, or newly cohabitating couples, price is for both people to attend.
Learn to talk about money before you fight about it.
Money is one of the main stressors in a relationship, and it doesn’t have to be this way. This workshop differs from financial books and videos as the workshop is designed for attendees to gain a greater understanding of the psychology behind their spending and saving habits, discover their financial needs and abilities, and, with professional guidance, create a unique system of money management that works for them. Together, both people can achieve long-term financial success while living a life they love and creating a stronger marriage.
This class will give participants a chance to build a shared path to financial success, open up communication lines, stop stressing out about money, and start spending it where their values are. It is fun, light-hearted, non-judgemental, and very interactive. We'll create big goals and break them down into manageable tasks. Couples from all backgrounds and of all orientations are welcome and all are respected.
The workshop consists of two classes. The first class opens up lines of communication through activities that illustrate just how differently we all view money in our lives. Couples develop motivation for change, common and individual goals, and find ways to make both people’s goals achievable. The second class teaches the nuts and bolts of personal finance - methods of divvying up money for shared and individual expenses, budgeting, bank accounts, credit, investing, etc. Afterwards, both people leave more confident, with a deep understanding of what they and their partner need to feel financially secure and successful, and an actionable money plan that, for years to come, will create a higher quality of life.
