After coaching or attending a workshop, you will be more confident, less stressed, and find ways to save more than the cost of service, but even knowing that, spending money can be scary. There’s no reason to be afraid because there’s no risk. If you decide coaching or the workshops aren’t for you, you can easily get your money back.
Note: 100% back when requested after first two coaching sessions, refunds prorated after that. See below for details.
For people who have prepaid packages: You have two sessions to decide whether or not coaching is right for you. If, after two sessions, you decide not to continue, you will receive 100% of your money back. Email a refund request to “hello@msmoodymoney” within one week of your second meeting and your money will be refunded within five business days.
If you decide to cancel after the third session, you will be refunded a prorated amount. Cancellations must be made within one week after a session. For example, if you purchased a six-month package which contains eight sessions, and decided to cancel after the fourth session, you would send an email within sevevn days of your fourth session and be refunded half of your money within five business days.
For people who have subscription packages: To receive a full refund and cancel the subscription, you must cancel within seven days of your second session by emailing “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
If you want to cancel after this time, email a refund request to “hello@msmoodymoney” within seven days of the last session, the subscription will be cancelled within five business days, and you will be refunded a prorated amount. For example, if you signed up for a six-month package which contains eight sessions, and decided to cancel after the third session, you would send an email within seven days of your third session and be refunded half of your payment for that month. If you cancel within seven days after your fourth session, however, the subscription will be canceled with no refund. Since it is the client’s responsibility for scheduling appointments and requesting cancellations, only one month of subscription payments is eligible for refund if requested more than seven days after the last session.
To receive a full refund, the person who paid for the workshop has to send a refund request email to “email@example.com” within one week of the last day of the workshop. The money will be refunded within five business days.
